This website is operated by [OnTheList Australia Pty Ltd] (“OnTheList Australia”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OnTheList Australia. OnTheList Australia offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us or the store we operate on our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not be able to access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least of the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site, and you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.




SALE PERIOD & ACCESS

OnTheList Australia Pty Ltd. reserve the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.
The sale event offer commences at 8:00 AM AEDT on February 23rd, 2026, and concludes at 8:00 AM AEDT on February 25th, 2026 (“Sale Period”).

Access to the sale is strictly limited to individuals who have been provided with a valid invitation link by an authorised L’Oréal employee.
Public promotion of the sale event, such as posting about the event on social media platforms, is strictly prohibited.
Sale and/or transfer of invitation to others, and posting of invitation publicly is strictly forbidden.
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only secured upon confirmation of payment.
Purchases are strictly for personal use or genuine gifts to your family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement.
Internet Explorer is not advisable to browse the sale.

L’Oréal does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted during the Sale Period. Participation is at the user's own risk regarding the availability of items. 




RESALE

The L'Oréal Friends and Family sale is intended for personal use only. The resale of any products purchased during this event is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to be reselling products may be restricted access from future sales and L’Oréal reserves the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
Listing or attempting to list items on resell platforms is strictly forbidden.
Platforms include but are not limited to WeChat, Carousell, eBay, etc
OnTheList Australia reserves the right to restrict and/or exclude customers from participation in future Private Sale Events.
During Staff sales, staff caught re-selling or attempting to re-sell items purchased will result in disciplinary action and may face potential dismissal.

POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms is strictly forbidden.
Platforms include but are not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu (Little Red Book), WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok, etc.
Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and you will be exempt from all future OnTheList Australia events.




PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change and may fluctuate during the Sale Period without prior notice and at L’Oréal’s discretion.
Payment by Visa or Mastercard and AMEX.
Displayed prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Final prices are determined at checkout.

L’Oréal reserve the right to adjust pricing at any point during the sale period.
Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.

PRODUCT CONDITION & AVAILABILITY
All products offered during the sale are strictly limited stock and are provided on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Products are sold “as-is”, in their current condition and may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections (such as scuffed packaging), may be labelled as "testers," or may be approaching their recommended "use by" or "best before" dates.


L’Oréal does not offer rainchecks or back-orders for out-of-stock items. Once a product is exhausted, it will not be replenished during the Sale Period. 




To ensure fair access for all participants, L’Oréal reserves the right to impose strict quantity limits per product, per category, or per transaction. These limits will be enforced at the point of sale. For the duration of the Sale Event, certain product groups may have purchase quotas.
All customer must adhere to the purchase quotas.

Consumer Products – no more than 10 units of any single SKU per End Consumer.
L'Oréal Luxe – no more than 5 units of any single SKU per End Consumer.
Dermatological Beauty – no more than 5 units of any single SKU per End Consumer.
Professional Products – no more than 5 units of any single SKU per End Consumer.

• Minimum order value AUD $150 (including GST)
• Maximum order value: AUD $5000 (including GST)

L’Oréal reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to circumvent these limits through the use of multiple accounts or shared details. 




International shipping options are NOT available for orders placed on OnTheList Australia.

Estimated Delivery: 4–6 weeks.

We source stock directly from the brand once the sale has concluded.
You’ll receive a notification when your items have arrived at our warehouse for picking and packing.
We will send you a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to VIC-Metro & Regional: AU$15 (Free delivery on orders over AU$250).

Delivery to all other states: AU$18 (Free delivery on orders over AU$250).

Each order is limited to one single delivery address and the recipient's name at the delivery address must be the same person who made the purchase.
Please note that we are unable to hold or delay orders. Kindly ensure that you will be available to receive your order within up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Each individual is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check out.
OnTheList Australia is not liable for any errors with shipping or delivery.




No returns or exchanges will be provided for changes of mind. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods remain unaffected and nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.
All products will be sold in "as-is" condition.
Products may have cosmetic flaws such as marks and/or scratches. However, the items are guaranteed to be free from functional defects.
Please inspect your order for defects immediately upon arrival. Any defects should be reported to lorealcs@au.onthelist.com. Due to the time sensitive nature of the Friends & Family Flash Sale, each event has strict time constraints and inventory is finalised once the sale closes. As such, subject to applicable law and your rights under consumer laws, claims made after 14 days may not be accepted.

To ensure your return request is processed efficiently, please provide the following information:

• #Order Number
• Product name/SKU
• Clear description of the defect
• Any relevant images that clearly show the fault
